Dr. Ownbey provided exemplary care to to determine what was causing pain in my feet. He then quickly decided the best way to treat it.
Dr. Ownbey went above and beyond to help to determine what was possibly compounding what could be causing a back problem. I had assumed it was due my favoring one foot over the other. He determined that I have one leg that is slightly shorter than the other due to scoliosis that was diagnosed as a child. I am older and no provider has ever done in this in the past. He referred me to a Pedorthist who can possibly help me with a shoe lift to help alleviate the difference in my leg length. This will hopefully help to provide me with some additional relief.
Jacqueline Messier is another provder in DO Ownbey's clinic. She saw me first and relayed her findings with the Doctor, she then navigated for me to be seen by Dr. Ownbey quickly. She adjusted my medication to insure my comfort during the short wait. She also ordered labs that helped Dr. Ownbey to make his diagnosis quickly.
The office staff is efficient, friendly, and helpful. I appreciate everyone there in helping me to become, if not cured, at least to be a bit more comfortable during my recent health change. Thank you all for everything!
